AVIF, the new image format

For some time now, we have had the new AVIF image format among us. Among others, Netflix has already decided to start testing between its systems.

The code to use it, with the possibility of alternatives in case the browser does not support it…

Can I use it in my browser?

To validate the information, you can visit Can I use? Theoretically from Chrome 85 and Opera 71 it is already activated by default, and in from Firefox 77 you can activate by changing to “true” the value image.avif.enabled from the about:config.
